We facilitate workshops to help women veterans turn proven health strategies into everyday habits using the six pillars of lifestyle wellness—nutrition, movement, restorative sleep, stress management, social connection, and avoidance of risky substances—to enhance resilience, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.
